Rentals
We can offer you a full lettings package for advertising your property Rental income depends on the size and location of your property. Akbuk Estate will be able to undertake the rental of your property. We will advertise the property in the rent section of our website. We will clean the property before and after guests use it, wash the towels and sheets they have used, and check the property before quests leave to ensure all is in good order.
Cost: 15% of the rent amount

Property Inspection
We can routinely inspect your property if you require. It will be aired and thoroughly inspected. If there are any problems we will take photos, write a report and send you a quote for the repairs. If you approve the work will get it carried out.
£10.00 per visit

Cleaning Services
We can offer a cleaning service to you and your guests both before your stay and consequently you return home, make your home presentable and clean before you arrive.
£15.00 per visit

Maintenance
We can arrange repairs and maintenance on your home

We have excellent contractors who work with us that are trained to the very highest standards; we can carry out building work, renovations, painting and decorating.

Insurance
It is important that once you have your title deeds through that you arrange for building and contents insurance. We can arrange this for you through independent insurance company.

Residency visa
Should you decide to come to live in Turkey then you will require a residency permit.

We can assist you with the process you would need to only pay petrol cost for the journey to Aydin.

Welcome pack
We can arrange a starter pack for you consisting of essential food stuffs (eg: tea/coffee, milk, sugar, bread etc) and/or cleaning goods so that, should you arrive at your property in the early hours of the morning you will not have to go without!
Cost: quotation available on request

Bill payment
We will regularly check your bills for water, electric and telephone and pay them for you and when you are back to Turkey, you will do these payments to us against the bills submitted to you with their dates and fees on. So when you are back to Turkey, you will not need to waste time with these bills.
